Naruto: Spoken Betrayal

The eyes of hell awakened on that day as the Uchiha, the last of the avengers vowed his rage upon the village that had deceived him and ultimately caused for his own heinous life. The man that he had accused with the crime of genocide, of their very family and friends, it was all just a lie. Since that day he had been deceived by everyone he once thought had saved him from the fall that Itachi had dragged him towards. His heart was blackened now by the deceit that ruined everything he had ever know, though it seemed the entire world had turned to his plight still another storm began to brew from the ashes of the Toad Hermit, Jiraiya. In his dying moments, the Sannin had made his move and sent off what would be Pein’s true identity and what he had uncovered in Amegakure no Sato.

Konoha shook violently for the Sage’s departure, though the one to take it the worst of course would be Uzumaki Naruto, the hermit’s one remaining pupil and ‘destined child’. His mind was swayed and blurred from the anguish that had been brought upon him from every angle of his life. Retrieving Sasuke for once, would take a back seat as the team of Naruto, Sakura, Sai, and Kakashi traveled quickly to Ame where they would confront the one known as Pein and reveal to the world his head on a silver platter. The rains turned to ash though as they city crumbled before the rage that Naruto had created, the battle being marked as one of the greatest quarrels since Madara had turned against Konoha centuries earlier. During their battle it seemed though that neither side suffered many losses, though Pein was ultimately forced into a swift retreat away from the dying city. Both Pein and Naruto were injured beyond what most would deem repairable which ultimately forced the ‘God’ to become dormant within the earth until his wounds could fully heal.

In the meantime, while Naruto and the gang took refuge in a neighboring country, it seemed that Sasuke had finally found his resolve, sharing with hundreds. An army of avengers all forged from Sasuke’s hate for Konoha now walked the path to the will of fire where the now tormented Hokage began to lose her sanity from the amount of stress that was being thrust upon her. The village looked grim at this point and with Naruto still not back, she would plant her life on the village in order to do as much as she could to stop Sasuke. Sasuke’s eyes glowed with the disdain he now held as Madara looked down from above with but a dimly lit grin. Sasuke’s plan and Madara’s wishes entwined at the moment as Sasuke now found himself in the same position Madara had taken centuries ago when he opposed the village, though it would seem that this time, Madara’s desire to crush the village would prevail against those who took away everything he held dear.

Madara’s revenge would route itself deep within all the hundreds that now stood firmly to Sasuke’s command and like the puppet master to this grand finale he simply stood within the background, watching ever so closely as the village began to crumble. One by one they fell, the will of fire began to fade as the villagers were slaughtered in the masses, even the women and children remained as targets for Madara’s horrid desire to rid the world of this bay of pigs. Soon enough though, the shinobi came in swarms and the battle began with Sasuke at its reigns holding strong. The Mangekyou was too much for the village and it all occurred to Madara’s desire until only Tsunade stood within his path. Though she fought with tremendous power, even she was not enough to stop the Uchiha and his army and was forced into exile along with what remained of the shinobi that survived.

Though as Naruto, Kakashi, Sai, and Sakura quickly make their way back to Konoha, the village that was once known as the strongest of the five shinobi nations no longer exists; only a raging black flame remains in its place and a structure unfamiliar with the area marked with the Uchiha crest. Where Konoha had once been filled with life, only the army of wandering souls remained along with their leader, Uchiha Sasuke who has now created his own place to call home. Just as the Uchiha clan was founded long before, the land wakes in the reign of the avengers, though as Madara watches with eagerness, his mind is still not satisfied. Deep within the earth, Pein and the rest of Akatsuki wait as Madara continues on and the hunt for the jinchurriki continues.
